This decaffeinated blend is our signature decaf espresso blend. Using only water process method beans from Brazil, India, and Sumatra, this blend will make a nice balanced, medium bodied cup of decaffeinated coffee. With balance in mind and the selection of only the highest quality decaffeinated beans, this blend lends well to most extraction methods. Our favourite is an afternoon shot of espresso over vanilla bean ice cream.
