The Red Dawn blend was inspired by our great friend and artist Dawn Moraga's bold and beautiful style. This is our boldest blend with beans from Costa Rica and Bali, low in acidity but full in body. We love this blend with just about any extraction method, but our French Press really brings out the best.

Red Dawn is my all-time favorite coffee. My husband (who feels the same way) and I make the trip from MD to NC specifically to visit Ashley’s Espresso Parlour and restock. I had some shipped to us recently, so we can brew it on Christmas morning.
